TimeLink implementations are organized according to proven project management principles. This methodology provides the appropriate levels of control and flexibility to deliver projects on time and on budget. A TimeLink implementation has six phases. In addition a seventh, continuous, Control process assures that each of the six phases begins, proceeds and ends as planned, producing the required results.
The six project phases represent the logical steps from initial proposal through contract, requirements discovery, system configuration, system testing, delivery, training, parallel testing and deployment. For each phase, the goals and deliverables as well as the phase completion milestones are listed. The seventh phase (Control) actually represents the continuous effort of managing, reporting on and delivering the project.
