Saint Francis Health System Selects TimeLink’s Synapps Solution

Larchmont, NY. – August 16, 2002 – Time Link International Corp., a leading provider of workforce management and data collection solutions, today announced the recent signing of a contract with the Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma, renowned for excellent patient care, continuing education and clinical research. Leveraging extensive SAP interface experience for mySAP® Human Resources (mySAP™ HR) and CATS (Cross-Application Timesheets), TimeLink is implementing a front-end data collection and integration solution at Saint Francis.

Saint Francis is widely known as the Consumer’s Choice as designated by the National Research Corporation, and a signature SAP healthcare client. Saint Francis sought to replace a legacy time recording solution with a platform that would collect time data and integrate it with their ERP system in real-time. After a rigorous research process, they selected TimeLink’s Synapps to maximize the efficiency and accuracy of their SAP solution through seamless data collection and integration. Saint Francis represents the growing number of SAP Healthcare clients looking to further increase productivity and operational value with a seamless front-end data collection solution.

Saint Francis was very pleased with their SAP HR and CATS (Cross-Application Timesheets) installation, and looked to implement a complementary front-end solution. They selected the Synapps platform to serve as a digital data path to SAP, collecting time data from employees and integrating it with SAP CATS in real-time. TimeLink’s proven expertise in CATS interfacing was one of the main reasons Saint Francis selected them for the project.

For their 6,600 employees across 20 sites, the health network selected badge-based devices to integrate with the Synapps platform. The extensibility of the platform will allow them the option to add further functionality in the future, like web-based PC entry.
