Edward M. Rizzo, Jr.
CEO

Edward Rizzo joined TimeLink in April 1999 as the Vice President of Corporate Development and was formally appointed as CEO and President in November 2005. Mr. Rizzo has over 15 years of experience within the systems integration and strategic consulting industries. Prior to TimeLink, Mr. Rizzo worked as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (currently known as Accenture) and Computer Science Corporation in both the information systems integration and strategic development groups. He has worked with clients across a variety of industries including: Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Media & Entertainment and Retail. Mr. Rizzo has a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

 

Steven S. Grossman
Vice President of Professional Services


Mr. Grossman joined TimeLink in January of 1997. Currently, he manages the Professional Services Group, overseeing all project implementations and maintenance support. Mr. Grossman was responsible for the implementation of TimeLink's Workforce Management Solutions for customers in the US and South America including Bristol Myers Squibb, Deluxe Corporation, Caterpillar (Argentina) and US Surgical. He has also led a number of teams in implementations of TimeLink’s Synapps data integration platform across North America and the UK. Mr. Grossman holds a BA in Organizational Behavior from Brown University.

 

Bruce Brooks
Director of Sales

Mr. Brooks joined Timelink in July 2005 as Director of Sales. He has over 15 years of experience in solution sales in software, systems integration and management consulting. He has worked for companies such as GE Information Services, Cap Gemini and Adjoined Consulting. He has worked with clients in several industries including: Life Science, Consumer Goods and Retail, Financial Services, Higher Education and Manufacturing. He has a BA and MA in History from the State University of New York.

 

Leslie Chang
Director of Corporate Development


Leslie Chang joined TimeLink in 1998, where she has held several positions including Training Manager in the Professional Services Group and Manager of Marketing Communications. As Training Manager, she was responsible for developing and implementing training programs for TimeLink’s clients across many industries including Healthcare, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Higher Education. In recent years, she has utilized her product knowledge and frontline experience in her role of overseeing TimeLink’s marketing communications initiatives. She was named Director of Corporate Development in 2006, and is responsible for all corporate and product marketing operations including brand strategy, strategic alliances, and marketing communications. She has a BA in both Education and Art History from Skidmore College.

 

Sean Murphy
Director of Application Development

Sean Murphy joined TimeLink in March 2008 as the Director of Application Development. Over his career, Sean has delivered enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 companies focusing on enterprise architecture, operational business intelligence and cross enterprise application integration. Most recently Sean managed Global Human Resource Information Systems for Staples where he was responsible for the strategic planning, implementing and supporting of global large-scale enterprise application deployments, including PeopleSoft and SAP/Campbell. At TimeLink, Sean is responsible for strategic planning, managing and executing of all development and maintenance activities for TimeLink's enterprise workforce management applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Economics from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
