George Broady, Chairman

Mr. Broady is a principal investor and director of several privately held companies in the fields of telecommunications and enterprise software applications. Over a 30 year period, he founded Network Security, Interactive Technologies Inc. and Ultrak Inc., and brought each of them public on the NASDAQ. He was Chairman of all three organizations and CEO of both Network Security and Ultrak. All three companies were involved in electronic security, including access control. Network Security was sold together with ITI for $165 million in 1987. Ultrak, started in 1988, had, while Broady was still CEO, revenues of $195 million in 1998. It was a global leader in Enterprise Security Solutions with operations in 16 countries. Before founding Network Security in 1972, Mr. Broady was an investment analyst with both a private investment firm and with the First National Bank in Dallas. Mr Broady served twice in the U.S Army and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University.

Robert McCashin, Director

Mr. McCashin has served TimeLink as a Director since September of 2000. Mr. McCashin is the former CEO and Chairman of Identix Incorporated (NASDAQ: IDNX), a leading provider of biometric technologies for access control and time and attendance. Previously, Mr. McCashin served as the Chief Executive Officer of CENTROBE, an EDS company, since 1997. CENTROBE is the world's largest provider of Enterprise Customer Management (ECM) solutions with 14,000 employees in 18 countries. Mr. McCashin joined EDS in 1971 and served as a senior executive in a variety of roles. From 1995 through 1997, Mr. McCashin was responsible for EDS's Global Energy Group and all of EDS's businesses in Canada, Mexico, South and Central America. He was also responsible for EDS's Southern European Operations from 1995 through 1997. In 1978 Mr. McCashin helped launch EDS's Federal Government Business and eventually led the organization to $800 million in sales in 1992. Mr. McCashin served in Vietnam as a USMC 1st Lt. Infantry platoon commander, and is a graduate of St. Johns University in New York.

Ross Clayton Mulford, Director

Mr. Mulford joined TimeLink as a Director in September 2000. Recently, Mr. Mulford joined as a Partner of Jones Day, a premier international law firm. Previously, Mr. Mulford was a Partner and served on the executive committee of Hughes & Luce, L.L.P. While at Hughes & Luce, Mr. Mulford has served as lead counsel in many public offerings and mergers in the technology and internet industry. He was also the chair of the firm's e-commerce practice. Mr. Mulford is a recognized investor in technology companies and has been named to the Internet 25, a publicized listing of influential contributors to the Dallas e-commerce industry. In 1992, Mr. Mulford served as General Counsel and Campaign Manager for Ross Perot's presidential campaign, and in 1996 was General Counsel to Perot '96. Mr. Mulford was a resident Fellow of the Institute of Politics at Harvard University and lecturer at the Kennedy School of Government (1995-1996). Mr. Mulford is currently on the board of the Dallas Museum of Art, Baylor Hospital Foundation, Board of Citizens Research Foundation, UC Berkley and a variety of other not for profit institutions. Mr. Mulford graduated with honors from Amherst College and graduated cum laude from the University of Virginia with an MBA and JD.

Edward M. Rizzo, Jr., Director

Edward Rizzo joined TimeLink in April 1999 as the Vice President of Corporate Development and was formally appointed as CEO and President in November 2005. Mr. Rizzo has over 10 years of experience within the systems integration and strategic consulting industries. Prior to TimeLink, Mr. Rizzo worked as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (currently known as Accenture) and Computer Science Corporation in both the information systems integration and strategic development groups. He has worked with clients across a variety of industries including: Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Media & Entertainment and Retail. Mr. Rizzo has a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
